Archery and a class dinosaur

 Our superstars this week are:

Evie and Zeke

for responsibility and reflectiveness.  Well done both of you.

Birthday wishes, this week, go to Ayla and Freddiewho stood up and blew out the candles on our school Birthday cake.

WOW, we were like Robin Hood this week in our Premier Sports PE lesson!  We learnt how to use a bow and arrow, then aimed at the target.  We were very good, some of us got it in the bullseye lots of times.  Mrs. Holmes and Mr. Newson had a go too, we all found it funny when Mrs. Holmes missed the target and her arrow landed on the door!

To finish our dinosaur topic we made a large dinosaur skeleton out of cardboard tubes.  The tubes were different lengths and sizes, we used sellotape to join them together and then hung the dinosaur from the ceiling with wool.  We wrote labels for the neck, head, legs, tail and feet.  We were very proud of what we had made.
