Hosanna!

Our superstars this week are:

Billy and Millie

for responsibility.  Well done both of you.

What a fabulous week we have had again!  We have practiced our cutting skills, made palm leaves, and had a great P.E lesson outside with Mr. Marshall.  We have also been writing lots during our learning play.  One of us drew a map and one of us found a "snake fossil" in the playground too.

Some of us chose to be donkeys and cut out some donkey masks for when Jesus road into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.  We made some very funny noises and made everybody laugh.  At the end of the week we acted out the time that the people of Jerusalem welcomed Jesus by waving palm leaves, we used instruments and ribbons too.  We shouted "Hosanna", like the people did, this means "save us".
